RTI provides expert level training on-site for your staff upon installation of our system. In addition, our oil management experts provide ongoing training support for current employees, new employees and employees with new roles through refresher sessions or staff meetings. Initial on-site training is supplemented by our customer care hotline, staffed by highly experienced customer service professionals available to answer your questions 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. With some suppliers training is a one-time-deal – not with RTI. We know you may need training on a continual basis, and we are here to partner with you to achieve successful oil management.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation of RTI equipment is easy and takes only a few hours, working around your schedule and off-hours to set up tanks, hoses and your customized web-based customer portal. All the equipment components, installation, training, regular maintenance, and repair are included in the monthly fee.
Service and Support
Delivery and disposal services are automatically scheduled and happen concurrently – outside the building - and take less than 15 minutes. It's so seamless; most employees and customers don't even notice we're there and we'll never interrupt your daily business. If you need support, we have service technicians available in your region, and customer service representatives specially trained to support you over the phone.
