


Jeffrey Kiesel has over 20 years of senior leadership, including chief executive officer, president and senior vice president positions in both large and small companies and across multiple industries. In his leadership roles, Mr. Kiesel has a track record of driving organic growth and profitability.
Kiesel joined RTI in 2005 as chief executive officer. Prior to his current position, he spent 18 years with GE and GE Capital and was most recently senior vice president of field operations for G&K Services, where he was responsible for 8000 field employees and drove organic growth and profitability. Before G&K, Kiesel served as president and chief executive officer of VIZTA3D Inc, a Norwalk, CT-based company specializing in 3D visualization technology. Previously, he held a number of senior management positions at GE and GE Capital Corp., where, among other key duties, he helped lead several of the companies' key sales, product management, and marketing teams, as well as multiple start-up companies.
Kiesel has served on the Board of Advisors for West Chester , PA- based Omni Cable and San Francisco based BarterTrust.com. He earned his bachelors degree in economics from Williams College, Williamstown, MA and his MBA from the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University .
In 2005, Mr. Copeland joined RTI as vice president of human resources from G&K Services, Inc. where he held the position of corporate director of human resources, talent management and field HR operations since 2001. While at G&K, he also served as a regional human resource director for the company's southeast region. From 2000 to 2001, Copeland was vice president of human resources for BroadRiver Communications, a start-up communications provider of IP-based technology in Alpharetta, Georgia. From 1997 to 2000, he served as an area human resources leader with Honeywell International and has held human resources management positions at Sunbeam-Oster Company, Lucas Industries, plc and Tenneco, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Christopher Newport University.
In 2007, Matt Jennings joined RTI as vice president of technology and president of the Global Tier data management division. Jennings founded Global Tier in 1999 prior to merging with RTI and focused on data management, device monitoring, and information utilities. Prior to Global Tier, Jennings worked for nearly 10 years with the Minneapolis and Chicago offices of Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). While at Accenture, Jennings developed strategic business plans and created the infrastructure for wholly owned subsidiaries. As Financial Services Manager for Accenture's Enterprise Business Services, he was responsible for strategic planning and development of new enterprise-wide solutions for Accenture's clients in various industries. Jennings holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He received his BA in Business Administration from Valparaiso University.
Lisa Merryfield is RTI's vice president of the company's McDonald's business unit. She has been with the company since its inception in 1997. Merryfield has extensive experience with national chain headquarters and in dealings with franchisee communities. Her responsibilities include support and expansion of national account business, coordinating field tests, and managing new product roll-outs. From 1991 to 1997, Merryfield was employed by MVE, Inc. most recently as the McDonald's Account Manager. Prior to joining MVE, Inc. she was employed by The Limited Corporation. Merryfield holds a BBA. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.
Bradley Schoenbauer is the company's vice president of Engineering & Quality Assurance and has been employed by RTI since its inception. From 1995 to 1996, Schoenbauer worked for MVE, Inc., as a project engineer in its Liquefied Natural Gas program. From 1988 to 1995, he worked as a flight controller in the Mission Control Center for NASA's Space Shuttle program. Schoenbauer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
In 2007, Robert Weil joined RTI as chief financial officer. Prior to RTI, Weil was CFO of MAIR Holdings, owner and operator of Big Sky Airlines, since 2000. He brings more than 15 years of finance and management experience to RTI. During his career at MAIR, Weil managed the business through significant change and complex financial dealings. Prior to MAIR, Weil held several financial positions at Northwest Airlines assuming increased responsibilities including Director of Finance for Ground Operations, Capital Planning and Financial Planning and Analysis leadership roles. Weil is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BA in economics and holds an MBA from Northwestern University 's Kellogg School of Business.
Leanne Branham joined RTI in 2009 as vice president of Operations, leading supply chain, distribution and service. Prior to RTI, Branham was the vice president of Fulfillment at Deluxe, Corp. She comes to RTI with more than 15 years of experience in value stream optimization, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain management and customer care operations. Branham has a passion for helping companies achieve sustainable growth and improve profitability through a genuine commitment to operational excellence. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). She has also served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest.
