Control Panel

• Flip "Add," to deliver fresh oil from the new oil storage compartment automatically to the fryer

• Flip "Dispose," and used oil from the fryers is transferred through the feeder lines to the waste oil storage compartment

• Flip "Filter," and oil is cycled through a high-efficiency filtering system

• A key switch allows management to control frequency of waste oil disposal
