PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“Notice”) applies solely to all job applicants and others who reside in the State of California (“employees” or “you”). We adopt this Notice to comply with the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular employee or device (“Personal Information”). In particular, we have collected the following categories of personal information from applicants within the last twelve (12) months:

Personal information does not include:
- Publicly available information from government records.
- De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
- Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, like:
- Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) or clinical trial data;
- Personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

We obtain the categories of Personal Information listed above directly from you. For example, from forms you complete or submit through our website and third party websites.
Use of Personal Information for Business Purposes:
We use the information we collect from or about you for the following purposes:
- To review if you are a suitable candidate for the advertised job;
- To process potential claims relating to the recruitment process (e.g. discrimination claims, etc.);
- To comply with Department of Transportation regulations;
- To draft employment agreements and other documents that will be concluded if you are hired;
- If applicable, and if your explicit consent has been obtained, to include your contact information in an internal database with potential applicants in order to be able to contact you if a relevant position or role is available; and
- To ensure you are able to perform the necessary job functions.
