NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND WHO ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED AND RESIDE IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
  1. Eligibility
    1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are physically located and reside in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry during the Entry Period (defined in Section 3). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The following individuals are not eligible to win the Sweepstakes: (a) employees of (I) Sponsor (as defined in Section 2 below) or its related companies, (ii) vendors of Sponsor, (b) the immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such individual. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

    1. Entry into the Sweepstakes begins, Friday, December 15, 2023, at 10:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”). Administrator is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
 
  1. How to Enter
    1. METHOD OF ENTRY: There are two (2) methods of entry for this Sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. (1) During the Entry Period, complete the following steps: 1) Follow the Restaurant Technologies account on either Instagram (@restauranttechnologies), Facebook (Restaurant Technologies, Inc) or LinkedIn (Restaurant Technologies); 2) Like the Restaurant Technologies Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn Post dated December 15, 2023; and 3) Tag your favorite wing joint on the December 15, 2023 Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn post. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. ET on December 31, 2023 OR (2) To enter the Sweepstakes by U.S. Mail, hand-print your complete name, age, complete address (including ZIP Code), phone and email address (optional) on a plain 3″x5″ paper and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope to 201 6th SE, Suite 220, Minneapolis, MN 55414 and Restaurant Technologies Fried Food Fan Club Sweepstakes. Upon receipt of your mail-in entry, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. Entries must be post-marked between time and date and must be received by date and time to be included in the Sweepstakes drawing. LIMITS: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person for the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic or by any other automatic or mechanical means are void.
    2. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
    3. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor or its agents. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any third-party website or service, or through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such a website/service or entry method. Sponsor is not responsible for technical difficulties or Internet service disruptions or other equipment or service issues which might affect an online user’s ability to enter and qualify or the ability of Sponsor to notify the Winner. Facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will not be accepted, and entrants may not use any other device or artifice to enter in excess of the number of entries allowed. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
    4. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn Corporation, Instagram, LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. a/k/a Facebook.
    5. To participate, you must have an Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn account for at least thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes ends to be eligible to win/claim a prize for notification purposes. Creating an account is free, but you must comply with the terms and conditions of use for the social media platform for Instagram (http://instagram.com/legal/terms/), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms) or LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/service-terms). Your account settings must be set to “unprotected” and/or “public” for your posts to be viewable by Sponsor. If you post updates to or receive updates via SMS from your wireless device, message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans before participating in the Sweepstakes. Using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
    6. Reposting or sharing the post does not constitute a valid Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to assess Entries for validity and disqualify invalid Entries.
    7. Participants are not permitted to share the same social platform account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will be void and participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system or third-party service to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor may acknowledge receipt of Entries, including by re-posting an Entry. Should Sponsor elect to do so, such acknowledgment merely indicates that a given Entry has been received and does not constitute any representation that such Entry constitutes an eligible entry in the Sweepstakes or that it has been selected as a potential prize winner in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the account used to post the Entry will be deemed to be the Eligible Participant.
 
  1. Winner Selection
    1. Prize Winner (“Winner”)
    2. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, one winner selected per month.  Potential Winners will be notified via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn direct message or via phone call on the first day of the following month, following the Winner’s method of entry. If the last day falls on a weekend, winners will be notified the Monday after.
    3. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor/Administrator, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received through all entry methods combined. The awarding of the prize is subject to verification of potential Winners’ eligibility.  The Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message on the last day of each month. Winners will have seven (7) days to respond to the notification direct message to accept the prize. Winners will then be required to respond via Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn direct message requesting the Winner’s full name, street address (P.O. Boxes will not be accepted), date of birth, and phone number in order to formally accept the prize as noted in the Prize section below. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Winner fails to complete the prize claim document within the stated time period, or if a potential prize Winner cannot accept the prize as stated, or if Sponsor/Administrator, in its sole discretion, deems a potential Winner ineligible to receive the prize for any reason, the corresponding prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded (time permitting) to an alternate Winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received.
 
  1. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS AS TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNER ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED DEFECTIVE AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
 
  1. Verification of Potential Winners
    1. Potential Winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential Winners must be 18 years of age or older. The potential Winners will be required to provide Sponsor with documentation that shows he or she was an eligible participant. In the event that the potential Winner of the Sweepstakes prize is disqualified for any reason, Administrator may award the applicable prize to an alternate Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
    2. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and Winner agrees to look solely to such entity for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes.

  1. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prizes: $100.00
    1. The prize will be selected by Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion. All unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of each Prize is the sole responsibility of each Winner.
    2. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with the receipt or use of the Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of Winner. 
 
  1. Entry Conditions and Release
    1. By entering, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor/Administrator, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor/Administrator, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective affiliates and related entities and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, vendors, employees and other representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), and liabilities, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all Claims  arising out of or relating to an entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).
    2. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or other Sponsor designee and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for purposes of the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules.
 
  1. Publicity
    1. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner’s consent to Sponsor/Administrator’s and its agents’ use of Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
 
  1. General Conditions
    1. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, illegible, garbled or damaged entries, prize claims, email or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or prize claims, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.  Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Administrator’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.     2. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by and accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.     5. Electronic Entries: In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses used to create the social platform account. Potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.     1. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
     
    1. Choice of Law and Disputes
      1. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor/Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws principles.
