Making a Difference
We are dedicated to bringing our core values to life by strengthening the communities where we live and work. Restaurant Technologies organizes countless volunteer events, drives, sponsored events, and donations to non-profits.
Community Impact
We have been proud to partner with organizations including Ronald McDonald House Charities (The Giving Tree, Cooks for Kids), Memorial Blood Center, Feed My Starving Children, American Diabetes Association’s Tour de Cure, Junior Achievement, Soldier’s 6, The Amherst H. Wilder Foundation’s Back-to-School Backpack Drive and The Sandwich Project.
Over the years, Restaurant Technologies has raised over $60,000 for the American Diabetes Association and $10,000 for the Special Olympics.
Investing in the Next Generation of Leaders
The Restaurant Technologies Educational Foundation was established to recognize and provide scholarships to children of RT employees for their achievements at school and in their community as well as their academic promise, leadership, extra-curricular activities, and exemplary citizenship.
The Foundation awards merit-based college scholarships with a historical maximum of $2,500 per year to children of Restaurant Technologies employees attending two- or four-year colleges and universities. Since the Foundation was established in 2013, we have awarded over $424,000 in scholarships to 44 children of Restaurant Technologies employees.

We understand our role in creating a sustainable future for our communities and our world.
We deliver cooking oil to our customers in bulk — eliminating the plastic, cardboard, and residual oil waste that goes along with the manufacture, delivery, and use of traditional Jug-In Box (JIB) oil containers.
We also support our Total Oil Management customers with their sustainability goals by recycling their used cooking oil into biodiesel and renewable diesel. In 2021, that added up to 269.9 million pounds of waste oil recycled!
We’re even able to use this biodiesel to fuel our fleet, bringing us closer to our own sustainability goals.
