When you become a Total Oil Management customer, our technicians install two storage tanks — one for fresh cooking oil, one for used grease — that connect to your deep fryers. From there, most oil management tasks can be accomplished by pushing a button. Anyone can be trained to use the system in minutes — even newly hired employees.
Used grease remains in the secure storage tank until we come pick it up for recycling into biodiesel. When it’s almost time, we’ll schedule an appointment that works for your schedule. To make it convenient, we do your cooking oil deliveries and used grease pickups at the same time.
