The Counter franchisees, loyal clients of RTI, recently added the company’s new fryer filtration monitoring technology to their Total Oil Management™ solution from RTI. Besides helping serve up some of the best french fries, sweet potato fries and onion strings in the country at The Counter, RTI’s innovative solution allows franchise owners to monitor each of their restaurants’ compliance with standard operating procedures for frying.

There, users like Gruman can easily identify and determine corrective actions for any deviations from standard operating procedures. Gruman can also view oil usage across all restaurant locations, and then can compare that information against The Counter’s proven best practices.

The RTI Total Oil Management™ system is comprised of two space-conscious tanks in the restaurant’s kitchen – one for fresh oil and one for waste oil – and a secure outdoor fill box. Fresh and waste oil lines run between the fryer and tanks inside to an exterior fill box. RTI collects and recycles all waste oil on behalf of customers like The Counter.
