Automated oil management helps improve food quality, operational efficiency, safety, cleanliness and sustainability

MINNEAPOLIS – August 8, 2012 – Srinivas Vajupeyayajula was no stranger to the dirty, time-consuming task of managing used restaurant cooking oil. “I was all too familiar with lifting oil jugs, moving dirty oil out the back, lifting and pouring hot oil into dumpsters and dealing with spills,” he explained. “All things that cost me time and money, and I hated that.”
